Aloe Vera Juice

Back at the beginning of June, as some of you may remember, I bought some Aloe Vera juice to drink in the hope that it would help with my 'innards'.
I was advised by the sales girl to take it for 2 months before I would start to feel any real benefit. In fact, I carried on taking it right up until we went to Cornwall last month. Didn't bother to take it away with me and then sort of forgot about it when we got back.
Well my diverticulitis has been awful recently so, just in case, I've decided to carry on with the Aloe Vera juice to see if it all settles down again. I'll let you know if it was just a coincidence but it may take me a while before I know for sure.

I remember taking something similar a number of years ago. Again, it was a case of taking it for a number of weeks before any noticeable improvement. I was sceptical, but carried on for the required time. I did notice an improvement, but it was slight and I wasn't altogether convinced that it wasn't just my wishful thinking. However, having stopped taking it, because I couldn't get in touch with the guy who sold it to me, I noticed that I didn't feel quite as good. Part of it may be psychological, but if you feel better, keep taking it. I've been doing that for a number of years with Anti-Stax which stops my legs feeling so heavy by the end of the day.

Ran out of Aloe Vera juice about a week ago. For one reason or another, haven't got round to getting any more BUT I now know that I should take it all the time as it does have some beneficial effects, even if it doesn't specifically help ease my diverticulitis.

Noticed someone has been looking at this topic, so just thought I would mention that I wouldn't be without AVJ now...although I sometimes forget to take it and usually suffer for it.
